Warehouse Associate Needed on 2nd Shift in Houston, TX!

Staffmark is now hiring a Warehouse Associate in Houston, TX, for a temp-to-hire role with a leading industrial and distribution company. Whether you're skilled in shipping and receiving, operating forklifts, or managing inventory, this role will keep you active, challenged, and on the path to long-term success.

Hours & Pay:

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2 years of warehouse experience in an industrial, semiconductor, or distribution environment
• Hands-on shipping/receiving and forklift experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with inventory processing, reconciliation, and warehouse management systems
• Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to high performance
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and adapt to workplace and organizational changes

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull and pack customer orders, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Receive incoming products, verify accuracy, and prepare freight bills
• Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure safe and on-time deliveries
• Track inventory through cycle counting, shelf life monitoring, FIFO, and bin management
• Label, package, and ship materials while minimizing errors and spill rates
• Operate forklifts and RF guns in support of warehouse management systems (TWL experience is a plus)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
