The Regional Director of Facility Management is responsible for leading all aspects of facility operations, maintenance, and workplace services across a portfolio of office and operational sites within a defined region. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-performing environments that support employee productivity, sustainability goals, and business continuity. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep expertise in facilities operations, vendor management, and team leadership across diverse geographies.

Primary Responsibilities:

Regional Facility Operations



  • Oversee day-to-day operations of office and support facilities, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and service standards
  • Lead the implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs across the regional portfolio
  • Ensure consistent delivery of workplace services (e.g., janitorial, security, mailroom, reception) aligned with global standards


Vendor & Budget Management



  • Manage regional vendor contracts and performance, including IFM providers, maintenance contractors, and service partners
  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of services and projects
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings, energy efficiency, and operational improvements


Team Leadership & Development



  • Lead and develop a team of facility managers, engineers, and support staff across multiple sites
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching, performance management, and career development opportunities


Strategic Planning & Projects



  • Support real estate strategy by providing input on space planning, site selection, and workplace design
  • Lead or support facility-related capital projects, including renovations, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Security) to ensure seamless workplace operations


Compliance & Risk Management



  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental health and safety standards
  • Develop and maintain business continuity and emergency response plans for the region
  • Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, risks, and improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of experience in facility management, with at least 5+ years in a regional or multi-site leadership role
  • Experience managing office environments and corporate campuses in a fast-paced, global organization



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Certifications (e.g., IFMA, CFM, PMP)
  • Current or prior experience on the Real Estate team
  • Live within a commutable distance to Eden Prairie, MN


Skills & Competencies:



  • Solid knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and workplace services
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with sustainability practices, workplace technology, and FM software platforms (e.g., CMMS, IWMS)



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $132,200 to $226,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
