Description Provides leadership at the clinical level in the implementation and oversight of acute care behavioral health services. While working closely with the team of Behavioral Health providers, the position also partners with Medical Directors and various healthcare providers, leaders and managers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of quality patient care services. Leads team of psychiatrists, psychiatric ARNPs, and other behavioral health team members to deliver acute behavioral health services, psychiatry, collaborative care, behavioral health crisis services, and coordination of care for patients in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards of care. Provides administrative and programmatic oversight in partnership with hospital and medical group leadership."
