eCommerce Site Manager

MillerKnoll Retail is seeking an eCommerce Site Manager to join our web team. The eCommerce Site Manager will develop and execute programs to support online sales growth, as well as manage daily operations for two of our retail eCommerce sites.This role reports to the Sr. Director of eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end site experience, leveraging customer behavior insights and analytics to drive revenue, conversion, and engagement.
  • Lead the site merchandising strategy to ensure on-site search, navigation, and sorting are optimized for discoverability and conversion.
  • Manage and develop a team of Web Producers and Merchandisers, fostering a collaborative, learning-driven environment.
  • Partner with digital product teams to deliver a seamless, on-brand customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Define and execute a site optimization roadmap to deliver both quick wins and long-term enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Digital Product Management on third-party tools and technologies (e.g., payment gateways, personalization platforms) to increase traffic and sales.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Creative, and Merchandising teams to execute site updates, including seasonal campaigns, content refreshes, and product launches.
  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape and deliver the digital product roadmap, from concept through launch.
  • Support customer acquisition and retention efforts in partnership with Marketing, contributing to SEO, CRM, and paid media strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in a hands-on eCommerce role within a high-performing retail environment.
  • Strong understanding of UX best practices, SEO fundamentals, and how they impact site performance.
  • Experience managing and developing a team in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, including planning, execution, and interpreting results to drive actionable insights.
  • Solid background in site merchandising and conversion rate optimization tactics.
  • Skilled in web analytics tools, especially Google Analytics and Contentsquare, with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of customer service, supply chain, fulfillment, and operational processes that impact eCommerce.
  • Ability to balance customer experience and business objectives while adapting to a fast-changing environment.
  • Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

A starting compensation range for this role is $137,500.00 - $178,750.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
