GP Strategies Corporation is seeking a Learning Consultant. This is a full-time, benefitted, remote position working east coast hours.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Learning Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in consultancy, portfolio ownership, vendor relations and adult learning principles to create impactful learning experiences that drive performance and engagement across the organization. You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to assess learning needs and implement training solutions tailored to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs utilizing various delivery methods, including e-learning, coaching, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve learning initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external vendors to promote a robust portfolio of offerings for the client.
  • Work in partnership with the Client and GP Account Management teams to support and grow trusted relationships with business stakeholders and understand relevant business issues.
  • Provide comprehensive portfolio ownership and management of curricula offered to client.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development
  • Create course budgets, BOPs, BOEs, Statements of Work, etc. to define program, expected costs, and customer billing data.
  • Ensure all programs are delivered effectively, within budget, to contract, and on schedule.
  • Manage the deployment of specific learning programs to achieve program related deployment targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with Learning Administrators to ensure quality services are delivered to the customer and Learning Administrators have the resources they need.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, Learning Partners, and Siemens POCs to conduct Annual Demand Planning to meet the training needs of the client.
  • Resolve problems that impact the execution of learning solutions in coordination with Learning Administration and Siemens stakeholders.
  • Monitor program and supplier effectiveness through course survey data and stakeholder feedback (when available). Propose program and/or supplier adjustments as needed.
  • Attend and run regular meetings with client / GPS project teams to ensure open and clear communication levels are maintained and activities are in line with program objectives and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning Consultancy, adult learning and development, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing training programs for diverse audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) tools
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess learning outcomes
  • Experience with QuickBase, Power BI and Microsoft Applications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically and creatively
