A premier vacation rental company in the breathtaking Red River Gorge is hiring a Guest Services Representative in Campton, KY! If you're customer-focused, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment, this is your chance to be part of a team that turns stays into stories.

Hours & Pay

Pay Rate: $14/hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with one weekly shift from 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Availability: Must be able to work Monday through Sunday, with peak demand Friday-Sunday. Schedule may vary weekly.

Daily Responsibilities & Requirements



  • Greet and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
  • Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Deliver top-notch customer service while resolving guest inquiries or concerns
  • Use Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage reservations and communications
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk area
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift (75% of the time)
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or guest services experience required; hotel or vacation rental background a plus
  • Must be computer proficient and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
