Head of Planning Wilton Factory

Join ASML as the Head of Planning Wilton Factory, where your leadership will shape the future of advanced manufacturing. In this senior role, you'll drive planning excellence across strategic and operational levels, helping ASML deliver cutting-edge technology that powers the world's most advanced semiconductor equipment.

Your work will directly impact ASML's ability to meet global demand, optimize factory performance, and support innovation at scale.

Role and Responsibilities

As the Head of Planning Wilton Factory, you'll lead a team of 10-30 professionals and collaborate across departments to ensure planning processes are aligned, efficient, and future-ready.

You will:

  • Lead master planning cycles and maintain baseline capability plans with strong change control.

  • Consolidate inputs from departments to create aligned, feasible production plans.

  • Identify and manage constraints such as facilities, tools, and staffing.

  • Present planning scenarios to support executive decision-making.

  • Oversee build plans for Assembly and Optical Fabrication.

  • Resolve bottlenecks and ensure readiness for production starts.

  • Set priorities for material releases and coordinate with logistics and supplier teams.

  • Define and monitor inventory levels and lead reduction initiatives.

  • Develop buffer strategies to support factory operations.

Education and Experience

To succeed as the Head of Planning Wilton Factory, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, or business administration.

  • At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or business operations.

  • Proven leadership in operational planning or program management.

  • Experience working with planning systems such as SAP or similar.

  • A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cross-functional collaboration.
