40 Position Title:Manager, People Analytics

Division: Human Resources

Reports To:Director of HR Operations

Location:La Crosse or Green Bay, WI (Hybrid work model available; candidates must reside in WI, IA, or MN)

Position Summary:

We are seeking aManager of People Analyticsto lead the development of data strategies that drive our people operations forward. This role will be instrumental in embedding data-driven decision-making across HR and the broader organization. You will partner with key stakeholders to ensure access to high-quality data and actionable insights that support business goals today and into the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a multidisciplinary People Analytics team, including HR professionals, developers, and analysts. Foster team capabilities in data analysis, storytelling, and strategic consulting.

  • Strategic Decision Support: Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize enterprise-wide workforce challenges. Deliver strategic recommendations and tailored solutions to drive business outcomes.

  • Data Storytelling & Communication: Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for leaders and employees. Promote data literacy and democratize insights across the organization.

  • Technology & Tools Management: Leverage advanced analytics tools, AI, and machine learning to enhance capabilities. Ensure seamless integration and real-time exchange of data across systems.

  • Organizational Problem-Solving: Analyze workforce data to address challenges related to experience, productivity, and engagement. Act as a data consultant, correlating insights with business outcomes to drive innovation.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Champion a data-driven culture and continuous feedback loops. Experiment with new analytics practices to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of analytics experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Workday strongly preferred.

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and develop high-performing teams.
