Overview

Join the Blue Yonder Strategic Transformation Advisory team focusing on e2e transformation advisory for our customers through the deployment of Blue Yonder (BY) software solutions. You'll partner with Tier 1 Manufacturing Customers to design future-state processes, aligning them with BY software solutions, and lead transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, profitability, and innovation for our customers. This role requires a strong foundation in manufacturing planning software implementation with manufacturing processes and industry insights. You will drive next-gen transformations using Blue Yonder's AI-powered software suite across Production Planning and Scheduling, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization and S&OP.

What you'll do

  • Act as a trusted advisor and industry expert, advising clients on best practices in deploying manufacturing planning software solutions
  • Lead customer workshops and drive software transformation blueprints to optimize supply chain processes and deploy BY solutions for customers
  • Champion thought leadership through industry insights, presentations, and events
  • Define software transformation roadmaps and drive software adoption
  • Build lasting relationships with C-level executives, guiding them through complex change programs
  • Execute Organizational Change Management initiatives for customers
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including BY Senior Architects, customer/partner consultants, Change Team, BY Sales team, BY Cloud and Product Teams to ensure the intended business objectives and value can be realized

What we are looking for

  • 15+ years' experience in operation strategy or in a consulting role for the manufacturing industry, with deep knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing planning software implementation across Tier 1 manufacturers
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing supply chains and industry trends
  • Proven success in process design, change management, and supply chain solution deployment
  • Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Having exposure to usage of AI/ML to solve supply chain problems, is desirable
  • Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Manufacturing Planning applications are a plus
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
