Warehouse Team Lead

Staffmark is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join a growing manufacturing team in Woodstock, CT. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute directly to production while helping guide workflow, train team members, and support continuous improvement.

Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example on the production floor, assembling products while managing daily priorities
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members, reinforcing work instructions and quality standards
• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues and help maintain smooth production line operations
• Collect and review production data, assist with audits, and ensure documentation accuracy
• Support new product introductions and implementation processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, routers, and testing procedures
• Collaborate with quality, engineering, and production teams to ensure alignment
• Use PC tools for documentation and tracking workflow progress
• Promote a team-oriented, safety-focused, and quality-driven culture

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on assembly experience (medical device or regulated manufacturing preferred)
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality standards
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, jigs, and basic equipment
• Ability to interpret technical documentation (blueprints, BOMs, routers)
• Interest in developing leadership and coaching skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Basic computer skills (data entry, production tracking, reporting)
