We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative *Loan Closing Disclosure Coordinator* to support the issuance of Closing Disclosures (CDs) for mortgage transactions. This role serves as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of loan closing documentation. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, organizational, and file review expertise to help facilitate seamless closings.
*Key Responsibilities* * Coordinate the gathering and verification of loan data including homeowners, taxes, fees, payoffs, and third-party invoices for CD preparation. * Maintain proactive communication with customers, brokers, settlement agents, loan officers, post-closing, servicing, and accounting teams to meet close date targets. * Assign and manage pipeline reports, ensuring all title reviews are completed accurately and timely. * Retrieve and review closing-related documentation (payoffs, subordinations, releases, insurance, tax, and title) from internal systems and external parties. * Review loan files to ensure full compliance with federal and state guidelines; conduct verbal employment verification where applicable. * Monitor rate locks and documentation expirations, ensuring readiness for CD issuance. * Work directly with Settlement Agents to collect fee structures and finalize CD inputs. * Track and adjust close dates as needed, communicating updates across stakeholders. * Support internal controls and maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. *Qualifications* * 2+ years of experience in mortgage loan closing or related operations * Working knowledge of loan documentation, CD guidelines, and regulatory standards * Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders * Proficiency in MS Office and mortgage software platforms * Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines * Familiarity with compliance protocols and operational risk controls What We Offer * Opportunity to work with a respected team in mortgage operations * Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and high-volume pipeline management * Inclusive and dynamic workplace culture *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
