We're searching for an exceptional Production Manager to be a part of our dynamic team and make a transformative impact. In this role, you'll join the operations team which is the driving force behind ensuring all video productions are planned with precision and cost efficiency. Coordinating the efforts of a talented group of producers, writers, editors, graphic designers, and external vendors, you'll plan the entire production timeline from concept to completion. Your expertise in resource allocation, video production timelines, and team management will be critical to delivering high-quality content within deadlines. We believe every production is a masterpiece worthy of white-glove service, and you'll be the architect ensuring its success. With your outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you'll develop timelines, assign available resources (both internal and external), generate statements of work and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring the team operates at peak efficiency. While flexibility is key, we require your presence in our modern Eden Prairie, Minnesota office at least four days a week to foster collaboration and maintain project momentum. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
