Job Title: Operations Director, Brokerage

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with JLL's brokerage business goals
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set and achieve long-term objectives
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and growth

Operational Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the brokerage business line
  • Optimize processes to enhance productivity and service quality
  • Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures

Performance Management:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor progress
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Technology and Innovation:

  • Drive the adoption of new technologies to streamline operations
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices

Financial Management:

  • Manage operational budgets and resources effectively
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality
  • Contribute to financial planning and forecasting processes

Risk Management and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain risk management strategies
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address potential issues

Client Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through operational excellence
  • Address and resolve complex operational issues that impact client relationships
  • Contribute to business development initiatives when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate or brokerage industry
  • Proven track record of leading and optimizing complex operations
  • Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and brokerage services
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with operational technology systems and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices
