YOUR IMPACT

As a Solutions Consultant at OpenText, you'll play a pivotal pre-sales role in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-level solutions using OpenText's Cloud and On-Premise Fax technologies. You will work closely with sales teams, partners, and customers to deliver solutions that solve complex real-world business challenges across a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, legal, and manufacturing. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about cloud technologies, enterprise software, and helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Lead pre-sales demos and technical solution design for OpenText Fax Cloud and Premise products, including RightFax, XMedius Fax, and Fax2Mail

  • Partner with sales teams and C-level stakeholders to articulate business value and drive deal success

  • Develop domain expertise in verticals like healthcare and finance, aligning solutions with regulatory compliance and business needs

  • Analyze customer requirements, business workflows, and recommend optimal technology solutions

  • Deliver tailored product presentations, proof of concepts, and technical responses for RFPs

  • Act as a technical lead for strategic solutioning efforts and integration partner engagements

  • Mentor junior consultants and provide outstanding post-sales support as needed

  • Participate in industry events and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the competitive landscape

  • Travel up to 20% to support customer engagement and sales activities

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 5+ years in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or services role

  • Deep technical knowledge of enterprise fax/messaging systems (RightFax, Fax2Mail, XMedius)

  • Proficiency in networking, telco (VoIP/FoIP), and Microsoft systems implementation

  • Experience with cloud deployments (SaaS/PaaS) and enterprise integrations

  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs, load balancing, and systems monitoring

  • Prior experience working in a consulting or solutions capacity

  • Knowledge of healthcare EMR/EHR systems such as EPIC, Meditech, or Allscripts

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and organizational abilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
