Job Title: Tax Relief Sales representative Location: In-Office | Monday-Friday | 8-Hour Shifts
Industry: Tax Resolution Services Pay: base pay plus uncapped commission Key Responsibilities * Client Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls to understand client needs and clearly communicate the benefits of our tax relief programs. * Consultative Sales: Qualify leads, explain program options, and close deals using a solution-focused approach. * Relationship Management: Foster trust and long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. * CRM Documentation: Accurately log all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system. * Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. * Team Collaboration: Partner with tax professionals and internal teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions. What You Bring * Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the tax relief industry. * Sales Skills: Proven ability to close sales and manage a high volume of outbound calls. * Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms (especially customized systems like Logics), Microsoft Word, Excel, and other sales tools. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Mindset: Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a money-motivated attitude. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or tax-related fields are a plus. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. vision, dental, PTO, health *Workplace Type* This is a fully onsite position in Costa Mesa,CA. *Application Deadline* This position is anticipated to close on Jul 30, 2025. h4>About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
