Clinical Implementation Manager - Cardiovascular Programs

Position Description:

As a Clinical Implementation Manager- Cardiovascular Programs, you will lead large-scale, complex healthcare initiatives focused on cardiovascular programs. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of clinical implementation projects aimed at improving cardiovascular health outcomes. The position will serve as a key liaison, representing leadership in both internal and external communications while fostering strong partnerships with healthcare providers, state agencies, and community organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale, complex healthcare initiatives (e.g., population health improvement across counties) and clinical implementation projects (e.g., Epic rollouts, quality improvement programs).
  • Plan, coordinate, and facilitate project activities including meeting preparation and execution.
  • Represent leadership in meetings, external calls, and cross-organizational communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers, state agencies, and community organizations.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and technical teams; understand data workflows and leverage insights for project development.
  • Troubleshoot project and clinical implementation issues with minimal need for escalation.
  • Engage multidisciplinary teams including clinical professionals, health plans, public health agencies, and professional societies.
  • Support the integration of clinical guidelines and population health data into program planning.

Knowledge - Skills - Abilities

  • Strong program/project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and familiarity with design software.
  • Able to engage in data-driven discussions and understand analytical workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level professional presence, self-directed, able to manage ambiguity and troubleshoot without constant oversight.
  • Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders including government agencies, digital health teams, and private health plans.




Preferred Schedule:




8am to 4:30pm with flexibility as needed



Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis.

Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree
Minimum experience: 5 years of experience managing large and complex healthcare initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred education: Bachelor's degree in nursing or clinical studies (e.g., public health, health sciences)
Preferred experience: 8 years of clinical or cardiovascular (CV) experience, ideally with direct involvement in care delivery, clinical program development, or quality improvement initiatives.

Certifications or Licenses: preferred RN or other clinical license and/or PMP or other PM certification preferred.
