Job Title: Enterprise Technology Systems

Location(s): Merrifield, VA

Required Qualifications and Skills:


  • 15 Years of IT Project Management experience is required
  • Background experience in application development
  • Significant experience managing large-scale application integrations across an enterprise
  • Ability to work with stakeholders in application development, business teams, and executive leadership
  • Strong communicator at various levels of management required
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools
  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and across project teams and organizations An active PMP Certification


Desired Qualifications and Skills:


  • Application integration experience with IAM is a large plus
  • Prior experience working in the Financial Industry
  • Certified SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Project Manager (POPM)
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of risk management and process improvement techniques.


Day-to-Day Role:


  • Track progress and schedules for a workstream across dozens of applications and application dependencies simultaneously, and update tracking daily
  • Proactively determine next steps and best path forward based on current status and delivery dates
  • Report on project activities through verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude and create energy within the project team
  • Identify, communicate, and support the resolution of technical, tactical, and operational project issues and risks
  • Facilitate project team and stakeholder meetings for the resolution of program-related issues
  • Build and maintain relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders, and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)
