Responsible for leading and managing programs and project operations, including oversight of the project execution to ensure goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Manages a team that supports the daily administration of programs.

Essential Functions
-Implement programs aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
-Lead the design, development, and execution of new programs, projects, and initiatives.
-Prepares and maintains the budget for assigned funds and performs finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reporting.
-Manage resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of programs.
-Assist in building and leading a high-performing team.

Education
Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required and Master's Degree Related Field of Study preferred

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Program Management Experience 5-7 years required and Supervisory/Team Leadership Experience 1-2 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Knowledgeable of program management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue funding opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
