Spire is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager at its downtown Birmingham location. This position is responsible forthe overall development, maintenance, and compliance of facility procedures and standards for maintenance, repair and janitorial services to ensure overall operating efficiencies and productivity at all facilities. Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall development, maintenance and compliance of facility procedures and standards for maintenance/repair, construction, and janitorial to ensure overall operating efficiencies and productivity at all facilities assigned. * Manage the facility office services of mail, parking, food and beverage, office supplies, conference/meeting room set up and event planning throughout the Spire footprint. * Coordination with other Managers in the Real Estate and Facilities Department to ensure efficient processes and highest level of shared services offerings for all Facilities * Fulfill on-call responsibilities and respond to emergency calls Essential Characteristics and Competencies
