The Opportunity The Operations Supervisor is a transformational role focused on optimizing P1 Service's post-dispatch service cycle operations. role serves as the critical bridge between field operations and accounting, enabling Service Managers to focus on PM contract management and field leadership excellence.
What You'll Do Service Cycle Administration & Excellence
Billing Process Optimization
Operational Data Analysis & Reporting
Create and maintain documentation showing service order aging, billing cycle times, first-call completion rates, technician utilization, and contract vs. non-contract service mix
Training & Knowledge Management

Supervisory Responsibility This position provides functional supervision and coordination to Service Coordinators, warehouse staff, and billing specialists. Direct reports may be added as the role evolves within the organizational transformation. Requirements and Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.This is a full-time, exempt position. Standard business hours with flexibility for operational needs. Occasional extended hours may be required during peak periods or system implementations.
Travel Local travel to various worksites is required.
