Position Overview

System High Corporation delivers the most advanced protection and secrecy solutions to secure and strengthen critical missions, programs, operations, and intelligence activities. We are seeking a TEMPEST Practitioner (Level III) to join our team. This position will support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Certified TEMPEST Technical Authority (CTTA) by executing inspections, evaluations, and countermeasures reviews to protect sensitive equipment and classified facilities from compromising emanations.

The TEMPEST Practitioner will ensure reporting is accurate and timely, and will assist with the development and execution of technical procedures and mitigation strategies in accordance with national TEMPEST policy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

* Executing TEMPEST inspections, assessments, and reviews across NGA systems and SCIFs

* Supporting NGA CTTA in interpreting TEMPEST policies and advising on implementation of security controls

* Assisting customers with technical diagrams, schematics, and automated workflow processes for TEMPEST reviews

* Maintaining records and reports in the NGA TEMPEST Automated Workflow Process

* Conducting Visual TEMPEST Inspections (VTIs) and PDS-related evaluations

* Ensuring completion of required checklists, training, and reports in compliance with NGA and national policies

* Providing recommendations and technical input on new systems and wireless technologies

* Collaborating across NGA components and security partners to ensure adherence to TEMPEST policy

* Maintaining TEMPEST test equipment and coordinating required calibrations or repairs

* Supporting implementation of technician training programs and maintaining personal certification requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required:


* Minimum of 7 years of experience in TEMPEST, physical or technical security, or facility inspection roles

Desired:

* Completion of National TEMPEST School courses in TEMPEST Fundamentals and TEMPEST for System Installation and Facility Design

* Experience with facility accreditation inspections, shielding, grounding, and Protected Distribution Systems (PDS)

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

* Credentialed graduate of a federal or DoD CI training academy (e.g., FBI Academy)

* Advanced TEMPEST training and hands-on inspection experience

Security Clearance Requirement

* An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

* Subject to undergo a CI polygraph
