Assist regional leaders in driving accountability and consistency of financial processes and procedures. Collaborate with the Finance team to improve financial systems, processes, and controls. POSITION DESCRIPTION Your top priority is to support the project financial management activities for the project management team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policy, process, and contractual requirements. 
 Support the regional project teams to maintain financial control throughout the project lifecycle.Provide analysis and insights during the monthly and quarterly forecast updates.Draw on your understanding of cost to date and cost to complete to articulate the financial position of projects.Support the change order management process by collaborating with the project teams during pricing and preparing documentation for processing. EXPERIENCE What you need to be successful 
 Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred3 years minimum of accounting experience1-3 year construction industry experience is requiredFamiliarity with construction contracts, job costing, and AIA progress billings KEY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strengths that are important to Harmon
