Salary:

FUCHS offers competitive pay commensurate with experience in a similar position. The range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 per hour, but actual compensation will vary depending upon a new hire's experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our sales operations, ensuring a seamless order-to-cash process and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You'll be the connective thread between departments, helping drive efficiency and satisfaction across the board.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and internal team communications.
  • Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update customer account information accurately.
  • Communicate pricing changes to customers and sales teams.
  • Build strong relationships with regional sales representatives.
  • Process orders, returns, and credit requests with precision and care.



What We're Looking For

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.



  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in customer service, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
  • A proactive, independent mindset with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Commitment to excellence in customer interactions.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems-SAP preferred; AS400, JD Edwards, or Great Plains also valued.
  • Knowledge of export procedures is a plus.
