Pinterest continues to see significant growth, development, and transformation. The company strategy is evolving and there is continued focus on increasing market share and driving the adoption of its highest priority advertising solutions across regions and verticals. As part of Global Brand & Creative Solutions, the Global Programs and Packages team is looking to provide more targeted creative and production consultation and pitch support for advertisers for every industry to drive brand innovation and partnership growth.

As a Programs and Packages Producer, you will pitch, consult and produce Brand-specific creative executions and activations around ad products and digital experiences for an array of our top international advertisers. You will leverage your creative and production skills to consult and guide cross-functional teams and brand/advertisers through a project lifecycle in partnership with an outside vendor or creator. Your work will straddle between expertise in project management, creative, our product and ads performance. You will provide recommendations to support creative optimization to drive performance on the platform and source and cascade best-in-class examples to drum up opportunities for other advertisers. This work will cover everything from repurposing and net new content, digitally immersive experiences to unique sponsorship and possible co-marketing work.

Reporting to the Producer Manager, Programs and Packages this role requires an autonomous, creative, and customer-focus mindset with an understanding of full-funnel advertising industry knowledge, production and innovation expertise and an ability to learn how to operate at the intersection of creative, strategy, ad tech, and vendor and client management.

What you'll do:



  • Pitch Consultation


    • Review creative concepts for feasibility and recommend vendors.
    • Provide pitch consultation and vet creative ideas, sharing execution feasibility, timing, and pricing per existing materials.
    • Offer hands-on creative guidance or ideas for an important pitch or meeting to drive innovation


  • Post-Production Excellence


    • Ensure that productions move seamlessly from kick-off to delivery by leveraging and employing central systems to communicate progress, timing and key milestones
    • Autonomously facilitate the intake and prioritization of the package production and communicate timelines
    • Develops and identifies best-in-class executions and promotes those within company to drive FOMO
    • Strong communicator with acute attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously at different milestones


  • Stakeholder Management


    • Effortlessly build trusted relationships with sales, advertisers, agencies and 3rd party vendors by establishing yourself as the key point of contact for the end-to-end process
    • Works collaboratively with key cross-functional team members Legal Marketing, Engineering, Product and Business Development to seamlessly produce brand-specific activations and executions


  • Industry Knowledge


    • Informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the creative, production, and technology industries, especially in AI. Use this knowledge to develop concepts and ideas for advertisers.




What we're looking for:



  • Minimum 7+ years relevant work experience with creative agency, platform, brand or transferable background.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design, or equivalent experience.
  • Seeking candidates with a breadth and diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives.
  • Demonstrated basic understanding of the platform, agency and brand dynamics of digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to help manage large and small-scale campaign production.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the capability to work on multiple campaigns/priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders and external stakeholders (i.e. advertisers and vendors).
  • Ability to make decisions with minimal guidance in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A customer-first approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to to advocate for work that reflects company brand standards.

In-Office Requirement Statement:



  • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
  • This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 3-4x/quarter and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from one of the following offices: San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York.
