Warehouse Technician

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Technician for a busy logistics and distribution facility in Worcester, PA. Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory control
• Use ERP systems to scan and receive documentation
• Pick and verify orders against shipping documents, inspecting for accuracy and damages
• Assist in packing and pallet wrapping for outgoing shipments
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (training provided)
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces using 5S methodology
• Assist with troubleshooting basic order and inventory issues
• Comply with all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
• Support product quality efforts and escalate issues when necessary
• Complete all required training and documentation in a timely manner

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (TWL and RF scanner experience preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, shipping/receiving software)
• Willingness to adapt and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Adherence to all workplace safety standards and protocols
