Obtain and execute directions from the Assembly Supervisor.
Add to and pull materials from stock as dictated by individual job requirements.
Participates in cycle count activities as material is received.
Takes part in the execution of year-end inventory.
Quality
Verifies accuracy of material against documentation.
Practice First In-First Out (FIFO) policy with materials (excludes hardware) being issued to jobs.
Promptly and properly identify any non-conforming parts and move them to the quarantine area immediately.
Customer Service and Communication
Maintain the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Contribute to building a strong and positive team environment.
Keep management informed of any concerns that may adversely affect quality or safety. Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Job Requirements
Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses
Required: High School diploma or GED.
Preferred: 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment OR data entry with similar data entry and work order requests.

Strong time management skills with the ability to organize, delegate and complete multiple concurrent task sets.
Exhibits thoroughness and concern for accuracy when accomplishing tasks. Carefully monitors and double checks information and work product of own and others' work to help insure an accurate and consistent product.

Computer Skills
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills in a MS Windows environment, and other software as specified under experience and or education sections above.

Physical Demands
Physical demands vary and will include:
Frequently - walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.

Lifting and Pulling - continuously up to 15 pounds, frequently from 15 to 25 pounds, occasionally from 25 to 50 pounds.
Work Environment
The work environment for this position is that of an industrial machine shop/production facility. Employees may experience loud noises, at varying levels, throughout the workday.
