Our Company Lead the next phase of Adobe Workfront Planning into an AI-native platform that empowers global marketing and enterprise teams to plan, align, and execute with intelligence and precision. As Director of Product Management, you'll drive strategy and execution for AI-powered features that blend technical innovation (vibe coding) with compelling product narratives (vibe marketing). You'll guide a global team of product managers through scale and complexity-building systems that are intuitive, impactful, and deliver on the promise of Workfront as the enterprise-class Marketing System of Record. This role is ideal for the candidate with deep expertise in the Content Supply Chain and a track record of transforming marketing operations through intelligent systems.Role Overview
Workfront Planning is entering its next chapter: one defined by intelligent orchestration, predictive insights, and seamless user experiences. You'll lead this evolution, shaping the product roadmap to integrate AI deeply into planning workflows. From machine learning-powered prioritization to generative UX enhancements, you'll ensure Workfront Planning becomes the strategic system of record for marketing teams worldwide. Your understanding of the Content Supply Chain will be critical in aligning Workfront Planning with the broader ecosystem of content ideation, creation, management, and activation.What You'll Do
