In the Creative Director position, you'll lead the development and execution of brand strategy across multimedia platforms to drive customer engagement and deliver measurable business impact. You'll oversee the creation of resonant, data-informed content and campaigns that elevate brand visibility, deepen customer connections, and support growth. What You'll Do and Impact:
Own the end-to-end creative strategy and execution for positioning, marketing, and advertising campaigns across all channels. Transform complex concepts and data into clear, compelling visual stories that resonate with target audiences. Champion consistent brand expression and message clarity across products, platforms, and customer personas. Lead and develop a high-performing creative team, delivering exceptional work that drives measurable business results. Direct the creation of impactful content-from headlines and CTAs to videos and presentations-that inspires action. Influence and align executive stakeholders around creative strategies that deliver breakthrough outcomes. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure creative work supports broader strategic goals. Integrate emerging tools and AI technologies to scale creative development and elevate brand expression. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Communications, UX, or a related field. 7+ years of experience leading creative direction, content development, or campaign strategy. Proven track record of delivering successful, data-informed creative initiatives. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney. Ability to travel by car and/or plane up to 10%.
Additional Items of Interest:
Experience in senior care, health tech, or mission-driven sectors preferred. Certification or training in UX, design strategy, or AI tools a plus.
