Position Summary

Kinesso brings together top talent in data, technology, and media activation to deliver seamless data-driven marketing solutions. As a technology-enabler, Kinesso powers marketing systems through a proprietary suite of applications that seamlessly integrate ad tech and martech. Kinesso's application framework spans audience, planning, and activation, delivering insights and business outcomes for leading global brands.

TheProduct Manager, Creatives, is responsible for executing on the vision for Kinesso's Creative Console that supports workflows for both media and creative agencies across creative/content building, asset management, and measurement/optimization. This role leads product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing customer requirements with stakeholders, contributing to the product vision and roadmap, working closely with engineering, and collaborating with product marketing & enablement to develop go-to-market strategies and drive global user adoption.

The ideal candidate is motivated and innovative, collaborative, thinks outside the box, and is excited to develop innovative solutions that improve the day-to-day operations of our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize tactical roadmaps, actively participate in the development of the strategic roadmap for your product
  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of clients within the creative/content space, and engage at a detailed level to drive product requirements
  • Prioritize feature execution against the strategic goals, business value creation, and expected outcomes from across the larger business
  • Define and drive the implementation and delivery of short to medium-term vision for the product/services
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams and business subject matter experts to integrate functionality across the Kinesso ecosystem
  • Work with design team to develop UX/UI wireframes and mock-ups and validate designs with stakeholders
  • Assist in developing marketing and training materials, and be the subject matter expert to provide demos, education and training to drive adoption of the product



Required Skills & Experience

  • Product management or related experience working on high performing, cross functional teams


  • Experience writing Agile user stories and collaborating with developers


  • Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and understanding of product management principles


  • Strong understanding of creative asset production and activation, including how AI can drive it.


  • Experience with the digital media ecosystem


  • Strong analytical skills, evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively evaluate business needs, surface strategic opportunities, and propose product solutions


  • Self-starter who can proactively identify and solve problems


  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects, priorities, and tasks simultaneously


  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Collaborative, energetic, and hands-on team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

  • Experience working with distributed teams is a plus.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
