Cox Automotive is hiring a Change Enablement Manager. The Change Enablement Manager will work as part of the Enterprise Finance & Accounting team, focused on developing and implementing change management strategies and tactics across people, processes and technology. This role will support Cox Automotive's Mobility Solutions Finance and Accounting programs and projects. The candidate will engage with Mobility finance and accounting team members, leaders, business partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of changes impacting ways of working, employee and stakeholder experience, and delivery outcomes for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Planning: Develop comprehensive change management plans that outline the project goals and objectives, scope of change and strategies, processes and tools needed to help people adapt to changes while minimizing disruption and resistance.
  • Leadership: Lead change management activities to support the speed of adoption, utilization and proficiency of new tools or processes.
  • Communications: Design, develop, deliver and manage key communications and plans.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Training Support: Develop and execute a training strategy and plan that will enhance employees' knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders to capture the 'voice of the employee' and address potential resistance.
  • Project Management Partnership: Partner with project management to align on common goals and metrics for success and ensure that change management strategies/tactics are integrated into the project plan.
  • Change Implementation: Execute change plans, support end-user training, measure adoption and compliance and implement sustainment plans.
  • Consultative Approach: Be consultative, working collaboratively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Change Coach: Act as a coach for people leaders to help them lead their teams through change.
  • Business Integration: Establish business integration across initiatives, recommending improvements for consistency and effectiveness.


Essential Duties:

  • Apply change management methodologies and tools to create employee-centric strategies and tactics focusing on adoption, utilization and proficiency.
  • Lead and execute change activities that support change needs assessment and stakeholder analysis to inform and build change strategies and detailed plans.
  • Develop and execute communication plans for initiatives. This includes developing communications, presentations, talking points, FAQs, one-pagers, videos, scripts, SharePoint sites, etc.
  • Provide input, document requirements and support training strategy, design and delivery.
  • Create milestones and timelines for deliverables and activities that support change adoption and sustainability, collaborating and partnering with key stakeholders to deliver integrated results.
  • Manage the change deliverable review process to gain necessary approval(s) on key deliverables, review and edit documents for clarity, consistency and quality.
  • Define success metrics, measure and report on the effectiveness of change enablement strategies and tactics to ensure stakeholder and employee satisfaction.
  • Address resistance by planning and collaborating with key stakeholders to implement effective strategies and tactics.
  • Gather information from various subject matter experts and synthesize in a way that speaks to all thinking preferences (the what, the why, the how, the who).


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communicator with effective presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables and manage change management outcomes for small to mid-size projects.
  • Ability to lead multiple change management workstreams and be accountable for performance and results.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches and integrating change management milestones into project plans.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to influence change management decisions to guide and shape the direction of organizational change initiatives effectively.
  • Excellent active listening skills and ability to establish and maintain solid relationships.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, resilience and tenacity.


Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree with 6+ years of experience leading change management for complex programs or projects. A candidate may also have a Masters Degree with 4+ years of experience or a Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience. A non-degreed candidate will have 10+ years of change enablement experience.
  • Candidates with a change management certification (e.g., Prosci) will be given priority review.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal direction.
  • Detail-oriented, organized and adaptable with solid business and financial acumen.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work teams and influencing outcomes through indirect people leadership.
  • Proven success in coaching and guiding others through change initiatives, from ambiguity to adoption.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects on a broad scale, self-manage and prioritize workload.
  • Highly proficient with office productivity and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Apps) and Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, etc.)


USD 108,800.00 - 181,400.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $108,800.00 - $181,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
