Position Title:Sustainability Analyst

Business Unit:Executive

Reports to:Director of Corporate Responsibility

Position Overview:

The Sustainability Analyst will play a key role in assisting FNB with its needs in sustainability initiatives (environmental, social and governance/ESG) across the bank, including planning, executing, and engaging on the bank's sustainability strategy.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct sustainability testing for proprietary data as well as third party data to develop investment strategies.

Knowledge of specific third-party frameworks and programs, and data analysis tools other than Excel and PowerPoint.

Use information from data vendors and our proprietary research to analyze, score, rate and rank companies on their sustainability performance.

Work closely with our Corporate Responsibility Team and analyze implications of sustainability attributes in investment processes.

The position will be broad and varied involving attending company meetings, industry conferences, managing large data models, conducting company sustainability analysis.

Participate and contribute to client meetings and events, be comfortable talking to clients/presenting our research views.

Seek out new, value-added, and/or off-the-beaten-path sources of information to generate new research ideas.

Stay ahead of emerging regulatory obligations (SEC, FDIC & OCC).

Develop and maintain databases and indicators integral to our research products.

Contribute to our team's proprietary knowledge of sustainability factors and materiality.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
