Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. This dual-function role combines strategic marketing leadership with hands-on sales execution, perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



  1. Sales Management

    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and strategic partners.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
    • Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management in CRM system.


  2. Marketing Leadership

    • Conduct marketing research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
    • Provide strategic direction to the marketing team through data-driven insights, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Pardot to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Develop compelling marketing materials, presentations and sales collateral.
    • Provide strategic oversite and direction for integrated marketing campaigns globally.
    • Manage brand positioning and messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.
    • Oversee content marketing strategy including social media, email campaigns and website optimization.
    • Oversee lead generation activity such as trade shows, webinars, promotional activities, etc.





Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of combined experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.



Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or advanced degree in Marketing/Business.
  • Experience in the Power Industry or B2B sales environment.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and customer journey mapping.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar marketing tools.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and ROI analysis.
