The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Overview: The Revenue Cycle Director of Automation and Optimization leads the strategic identification, evaluation, and deployment of automation technologies-such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-across the billing, collections, payment posting, and follow-up functions. This role ensures workflow efficiency, quality, and measurable ROI by aligning automation strategies with revenue cycle goals. The director will work cross-functionally with operations, IT, compliance, and vendor partners to implement intelligent automation solutions that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and accelerate cash flow.
