Boston Children's Hospital and Milford Regional Medical Center have been collaborating for more than 10 years to deliver best-in-class pediatric care. Boston Children's Physicians Milford is an office practice located on the campus of Milford Regional Medical Center offering pediatric specialty services in the following specialties: allergy and immunology, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, general surgery, and neurology. Key responsibilities: Working with interdisciplinary team including other clinical assistants, physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, child life specialist and administrative staff, etc. Collecting, verifying and recording required information according to established procedures and instructions. Identifying and reporting unusual findings or changes in patient condition to Registered Nurse. Answering, screening and routing telephone calls and performing general office support tasks as needed. Assisting clinician during examinations (i.e. obtaining, measuring and recording routine information such as temperature and blood pressure, and performing other related duties according to specific needs of clinic). Restocking supplies and equipment as needed. Some administrative duties, including checking in of patients and scheduling. M-F, 7a-530p, with flexibility on start and end times. Minimum qualifications: Education: Preferred 1-year CA experience, CNA certification, or Nursing Student with at least one clinical rotation. Would consider pre-PA or pre -med candidates with no direct patient care experience. Experience: A HS Diploma or equivalent.
