Security Shift Supervisor - Overnight

We are seeking a dedicated Security Shift Supervisor for an overnight position at a busy retail shopping area in downtown Chicago. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage a team in a high-traffic, customer-facing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior security and supervisory experience, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Hourly Rate: $20.00 / HR
Employment Type: Full Time

Shifts Available: Overnight / Midnight-8:00am
Shift Days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

Supervise and support security staff during overnight shifts

• Ensure post orders and security protocols are followed

• Conduct patrols and manage access control in the retail shopping area

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests and store personnel

• Respond to incidents, complete reports, and escalate as needed

• Maintain a professional and visible presence on site

• 1-2 years of security experience

• Prior supervisory experience

• Must be able to walk/stand for long periods

• High school diploma or GED

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Able to:
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
