*Description*
Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Technician to support a large-scale label printer deployment as part of the Epic Beaker rollout, which underpins critical lab workflows across hospital departments. This role will also provide hands-on support for a variety of end-user devices including laptops, desktops, and peripheral hardware. Key Responsibilities: *Install, configure, and validate label printers across multiple lab and clinical environments. *Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams. *Support additional end-user devices (e.g., laptops, desktops, other printers) as needed. *Maintain accurate documentation of deployments, configurations, and inventory. *Track and report on deployment progress, replacements, and upgrades across departments and facilities. *Collaborate with IT, clinical, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to lab operations. *Adhere to hospital safety and compliance standards during all on-site activities. *Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on foot for extended periods. *Skills* Desktop, Troubleshooting, Support, Customer service, label printing software, printer hardware, epic systems *Top Skills Details* Desktop,Troubleshooting,Support,Customer service,label printing software,printer hardware *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience with label printer hardware (e.g., Zebra, DYMO) and configuration in healthcare or enterprise environments. Familiarity with Epic Beaker or other LIS (Laboratory Information Systems) is a strong plus. Working knowledge of Windows OS, device imaging, and basic networking. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, clinical setting. *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
