We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales Strategy to drive the strategic vision for our Demand Partner Sales and Operating Model Strategy. Demand Partners play a crucial role in MSA's growth by selling and managing inventory on our behalf, integrating with our platform, and contributing to our acquisition engine. ResponsibilitiesStrategic Vision: Develop and execute an outside-in and inside-out demand partner sales and operating model strategy. Create short, medium, and long-term plans & investment needs aligned with MSA's multi-year goals.Framework Development: Work with MSA Sales Leadership to establish a framework that optimizes the efficient and effective use of our demand partner footprint.Performance Evaluation: Collaborate across MSA, specifically with Business Planning & Analytics, to provide a holistic view of the performance of our current demand partner strategies.Process Improvements: Partner with key teams (e.g., Accounts & Billing, CELA) to drive enhancements in partner engagement processes across Microsoft.Sales Model Evolution: Deeply understand our omni-channel products, sales processes, and pain points. Make recommendations to evolve holistic sales model efforts to achieve demand partner engagement goals.Stakeholder Alignment: Engage with stakeholders across MSA, particularly Readiness, to ensure demand partners are well-prepared for any role evolution or specialized expertise required in partner engagement.Other - Embody our culture and values
