We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can help navigate the fast-paced world of project pursuits and other marketing activities. This person will be key to BWBR's success by helping increase our pipeline, drive project wins, and help our clients transform lives through exceptional environments!

Marketing Coordinators are empowered to take ownership of each project from start to finish and keep everyone on the team accountable. This is a hybrid position with a minimum two days per week in any of our three offices (Saint Paul, Minn., Madison, Wis., Omaha, Neb.)

Ideal candidates will apply their aptitude for written and visual communications and creative energy to produce inspiring, authentic, and practical content in a clear, concise, confident, and compassionate voice. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate, design, write, edit, produce, and archive a variety of materials that tell compelling stories about the impact our work has on our clients and end users. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and high quality to produce professional proposals, presentations, brochures, and other direct client touchpoints.

The successful candidate will:

  • Contribute to shaping strategy and content to generate projects for the firm
  • Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of deadline-driven project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentations, including guiding the proposal and presentation creation effort and timeline for team members and coordinating with external consultants
  • Create, edit, and proofread proposals for consistency, grammar, and adherence to client requirements
  • Prepare presentations and coach planning/design teams in preparation for client interviews
  • Maintain and update a library of standard marketing and proposal content, including resumes, project information, photography and design images, and past performance data in our centralized database
  • Collaborate closely with leadership as needed to plan and produce content related to photography, digital creation, conference materials, and branded promotional items

Ideal candidates will have the following knowledge skills, and abilities:

  • Marketing/business development experience for professional services, especially in the architecture/ engineering/ construction field
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure deliverables consistently meet highest quality standards and client expectations
  • Dedication to effectively mentor a variety of staff, including giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and/or Adobe Acrobat, online whiteboard, and virtual team collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar Enterprise Resource Planning and/or CRM (customer relationship management) application
