Link to online portfolio is also acceptable. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator who can help navigate the fast-paced world of project pursuits and other marketing activities. This person will be key to BWBR's success by helping increase our pipeline, drive project wins, and help our clients transform lives through exceptional environments! Our ideal candidates will thrive in a collaborative and equitable culture, have a positive spirit, possess problem-solving skills, and work well with firm leaders as they execute multiple important priorities, balancing short-term deadlines with longer-term initiatives. Marketing Coordinators are empowered to take ownership of each project from start to finish and keep everyone on the team accountable. This is a hybrid position with a minimum two days per week in any of our three offices (Saint Paul, Minn., Madison, Wis., Omaha, Neb.) Ideal candidates will apply their aptitude for written and visual communications and creative energy to produce inspiring, authentic, and practical content in a clear, concise, confident, and compassionate voice. The Marketing Coordinator will coordinate, design, write, edit, produce, and archive a variety of materials that tell compelling stories about the impact our work has on our clients and end users. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and high quality to produce professional proposals, presentations, brochures, and other direct client touchpoints. The successful candidate will:
