JOB SUMMARY

The Field Service Recruiter position will provide full cycle human resources recruitment for the Field Service Business Unit with a focus on hourly Field Service Technician recruitment. The incumbent will support the business through candidate sourcing, recruitment and support of processes for the fulfilment of the business's hourly complete workforce plan. Will be responsible for generating ongoing talent pipelines and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the full cycle recruiting: sourcing, recruiting, phone screens, interviewing, and scheduling
  • Lead the sourcing of candidates and provide resumes to HR and Service business partners.
  • Assist field service leadership teams in the development and maintenance of job descriptions
  • Foster relationships with nationwide technical schools, agencies and a variety of community resources for recruiting initiatives and attending career/job fairs on a recurring basis to establish steady, ongoing talent pipeline.
  • Ensures accuracy and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process
  • Act as a main contact for new hire communications
  • Assist with hourly new hire orientations, as required
  • Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referrals
  • Maintain recruiting tracking processes
  • Post jobs internally, externally and on various recruiting sites
  • Support HR team efforts to continually improve processes and our customer experience

  • Engage and help to coordinate and plan employee events
  • Assist with projects, and refer issues related to employee relations to appropriate leadership staff
  • Assist HR management in the development, revision, and implementation of streamlined processes, procedures and administrative practices
  • Assist with offboarding activities as required or requested including exit interviews, survey distribution, analysis and follow up and delivery of post termination information to associate
  • Perform regular and ad hoc reporting on items such as headcount, attrition, turnover,

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of an HRIS system preferred
  • Ability to use ATS systems
  • Knowledge of HR law (FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, etc.) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Process and problem solving skills
  • Adaptable to change and work in a fast paced environment
  • Work with sensitive material
  • Meeting commitments with the highest standard of ethics and integrity
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required Education / Experience

  • Associate's degree in human resources, or Business Management with 2-3 years recruiting experience for technical manufacturing or construction roles

Preferred Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or business management with 3 years or more experience recruiting for industrial manufacturing 'roles
  • High volume recruitment of technician level and/or fields service personnel
