Job Description

Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated and service-driven Server to join our team in one of our resort outlets. Located on the stunning shores of Hilton Head Island, our resort offers a world-class dining experience-and we're looking for someone who can help bring that experience to life.

As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests by providing exceptional service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring each guest feels genuinely welcomed and well cared for throughout their dining experience.



Responsibilities

    Greet and seat guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude

  • Explain menu items, answer questions, and make recommendations

  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly

  • Serve meals and drinks with attention to presentation and timing

  • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

  • Maintain clean and properly set tables throughout service

  • Present checks and handle payment transactions

  • Complete side duties such as restocking, polishing silverware, and cleaning work areas

  • Communicate clearly with kitchen and team members about guest needs or special requests



Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of food and beverage preferred

  • Able to stand for long periods and lift/carry trays
