The Senior Director of Commercial Strategy will serve as a strategic partner to the SVP of Commercial, facilitating the execution of key initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Commercial operations and other commercial functions. This role is designed to provide strategic and operational support to the SVP of Commercial, ensuring the successful execution of commercial initiatives and the achievement of business objectives. This role is responsible for helping to determine the long-term commercial strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, overseeing strategic planning processes, and ensuring operational excellence to support the organization's commercial objectives. The incumbent will act as a liaison between the SVP internal and external stakeholders, providing analytical insights and managing special projects to enhance decision-making and organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess innovation, insight, commercial acumen, and broad market perspective to provide commercial strategy expertise for our company. Compelling candidates will have strategic consulting expertise, well-rounded capabilities as well as pharmaceutical industry experience. Commercial, Marketing, Market Access and Analytics expertise are particularly valuable for this role. Essential Functions
