Cold Storage Forklift Operator

Are you an experienced forklift operator ready to take on a role in a cold storage environment? Staffmark is hiring a Cold Storage Forklift Operator to join a dependable logistics team where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are top priorities.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift)

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload palletized goods from trucks and trailers
• Operate forklifts in cold and frozen storage environments
• Follow strict food safety and temperature control protocols
• Conduct routine forklift maintenance and battery changes
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of forklift experience (cold storage experience preferred)
• Comfortable working in low temperatures and wearing cold-weather PPE
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
