This opportunity is in the Business Optimization & Transformation department.
The Business Optimization & Transformation Department's mission is to help Safety National achieve peak performance through innovative business architecture, solution architecture, and process optimization; by removing silos, promoting a collaborative environment, and leveraging industry best practices to translate business challenges into sustainable growth opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

Role Description:

Be a catalyst for operational excellence in a company that values innovation and collaboration. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, you'll take the lead in driving key improvement initiatives through process modeling and analysis. In this hybrid role based out of our St. Louis corporate office, you'll lead cross-functional workshops, create and manage current- and future-state process models, and champion the use of prioritization tools to guide strategic decisions.

You'll partner with Business Owners, Architecture, and Product Management to align process initiatives with organizational goals. Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Required Qualifications:



  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
  • Experience documenting current state ("as-is") and future state ("to-be") processes and identifying gaps
  • Knowledge of BPMN and business process modeling applications like Signavio
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead mapping sessions and tailor presentations to different audiences
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and collaborate across departments including IT, operations, and leadership


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Relevant business process analysis or management certification
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA or workflow software
  • Working knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies
  • Property and Casualty insurance industry experience
  • Experience working with distributed teams

Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
