We are currently accepting resumes for a temporary outage Payroll / Timekeeper in Juliette, GA

Position Summary:

A Timekeeper is responsible for various field based accounting functions including timekeeping, payroll, and billing along with other associated reporting and office adminstration activities.

Principal Accountabilities:



  • Perform employee setup and terminations, onboarding and support, including all hiring information, W4's, direct deposits and garnishments for craft and temporary staff employees. When applicable, execute job listings in SAP to verify the TempHelp interface has occurred.
  • Support the payroll function including time entry, balancing daily time sheets to accountability program and SAP. Duties include collecting time submitted for employees and reviewing for accuracy and approval. Assist in the balancing of time entries for accuracy of input. Where applicable validate against client database.
  • Support accountability process through operations of Timetrak software or administration of manual accountability process
  • Interface with Craft Supervision to solve various issues
  • Submit Payroll to DZG Corporate Payroll. Print, verify then distribute all payroll checks.Maintain filing system in accordance with company policy. Assist in client, company, and other outside audits as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned by Field Account Manager, or Regional Manager, Field Accounting Services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:



  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy. Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task with strong detail orientation and with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced proficiency using Microsoft suite - specifically Word and Excel
  • Intermediate knowledge of accounting practices and principles
  • Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skill sets
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP

Qualifications:



  • Minimum High School Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years time keeping or payroll-related experience
  • SAP or another ERP systems knowledge


In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $22,000.00 - $ 95,000.00. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. (The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of union fringes).
