Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at our location in Lawrence, KS. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability.

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Manage and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor sales and expenses to meet financial goals
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Handle customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff

• Previous experience in a management role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
