What We'll Bring:

At TransUnion, we strive to build an environment where our associates are in the driver's seat of their professional development, while having access to help along the way. We encourage everyone to pursue passions and take ownership of their careers. With the support of colleagues and mentors, our associates are given the tools needed to get where they want to go. Regardless of job titles, our associates have the opportunity to learn new things and be a leader every day.

As a Senior Product Manager for ShareAble, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a growing portfolio of consumer-permissioned data products. ShareAble empowers U.S. consumers to share their background data with independent landlords and microbusiness employers-and you'll play a key role in expanding this platform into new markets and international regions.

You'll be responsible for driving revenue, conversion, retention, and profitability by identifying opportunities, prioritizing development efforts, and delivering high-impact solutions. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and executional excellence. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to bring new features to life, improve the user experience, and scale the platform.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll use data, customer insights, and market trends to make informed decisions and champion the product vision across the organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of owning and launching successful products-ideally across both D2C and B2B2C models
  • Experience owning platform products and APIs, with the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into scalable, user-centric solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down abstract challenges and make data-informed decisions
  • Comfort working with data and writing SQL queries to self-serve insights, validate assumptions, and inform product strategy-no need to be a SQL expert, but you should be confident navigating data independently

We'd love to see:

  • A self-starter mindset-comfortable taking products and features from concept to launch with minimal direction, and thriving in ambiguity
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders through clear, compelling communication and storytelling
  • Experience developing business cases and working with finance to align product strategy with financial outcomes
  • Familiarity with Lean Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the product lifecycle from discovery to delivery
  • A collaborative, customer-focused approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Impact You'll Make:

  • Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key initiatives, aligning with TransUnion's long-term goals while delivering measurable short-term impact
  • Act as the voice of the customer-leveraging direct feedback, market research, and data insights to deeply understand user needs and translate them into product opportunities
  • Define and track success through clear objectives, KPIs, and business outcomes, using data to inform decisions and continuously optimize product performance
  • Use SQL and other tools to directly query data, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for product improvement and growth
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless product delivery and go-to-market execution
  • Write clear, actionable product requirements and epics that guide development teams, while partnering with architects and technical leads to prioritize enablers and manage trade-offs
  • Champion product management best practices and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • Evangelize the product vision internally and externally, aligning stakeholders and inspiring teams around a shared purpose
  • Proactively identify and address product gaps, risks, and opportunities-balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
  • Support backlog prioritization and ensure a steady pipeline of well-defined features ready for development
  • Mentor and support peers across the product organization, contributing to a high-performing, collaborative team culture
