Clear Water , Florida Shift hours are 3:30 PM-2:00 AM EST Mon-Thurs w/ OT on the weekends. Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables. Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws. Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications. May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Requirements MINIMUM Masking: Protecting specific areas of the component from the coating process using masks, fixtures, or other materials. Coating Application: Applying thermal barrier coatings using specialized equipment such as manual, semi-automatic, or robotic spray systems. Cleaning and maintaining the tools and equipment used in the coating process. Following and completing work instructions and contributing to process improvement. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality. Ability to read and interpret CMM's Strong attention to detail and precision Excellent problem-solving skills Good understanding of safety protocols and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to use computers. Candidates must be able to read/write English Candidate must take and pass a vision exam as outlined in the supplier guide. #ZR |
