Program Manager to lead a highly visible DISA initiative focused on sustaining and modernizing a suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT projects for DoD customers-particularly those involving enterprise financial systems, business process modernization, and data integrations across multiple legacy and modern platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements and DISA enterprise standards
- Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation
- Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and DISA stakeholders
- Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications
- Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handling
- Ensure compliance with RMF, ATO, STIG, and cybersecurity policy requirements
- Track and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred
- 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal IT initiatives
- Working knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and ATO sustainment practices
- Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience working with DISA, especially in support of business or financial systems
Work Environment:
- Hybrid role with primary support conducted remotely and on-site meetings as required by the Government
