 Program Manager to lead a highly visible DISA initiative focused on sustaining and modernizing a suite of applications. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT projects for DoD customers-particularly those involving enterprise financial systems, business process modernization, and data integrations across multiple legacy and modern platforms.
     
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
     
 Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements and DISA enterprise standardsManage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activitiesOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigationServe as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and DISA stakeholdersCoordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applicationsSupport efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handlingEnsure compliance with RMF, ATO, STIG, and cybersecurity policy requirementsTrack and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews
 
 Required Qualifications: 
 
     
 Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal IT initiativesWorking knowledge of RMF, STIGs, and ATO sustainment practicesStrong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders
 
 Preferred Experience: 
 
     
 Prior experience working with DISA, especially in support of business or financial systems
 
 Work Environment: 
 
     
 Hybrid role with primary support conducted remotely and on-site meetings as required by the Government
