POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Administrator to handle ticket printing and related administrative tasks in our warehouse. This role is essential to ensuring that all shipping, receiving, and inventory processes are accurately documented and supported with correct labeling and paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Key Responsibilities:
Print and prepare shipping, picking, and inventory tickets according to warehouse schedules.
Ensure all printed documents are accurate and ready for warehouse operations.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily printing requirements.
Monitor supply levels for printing (paper, labels, toner, etc.) and request replenishments as needed.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems for tickets and related documents.
Assist in data entry tasks, including updating inventory systems and logging ticket information.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of printed materials.
Support general administrative duties within the warehouse as required.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge and experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklift operation and pallet jack.
- Ability to work in a team or solo environment.
- Pride in work performance.
- Certified to operate power industrial trucks per OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178 prior to operation preferred.
