*Description* The Integration and Operations Support Technician will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting enterprise technology across member firms. This position is responsible for integration of business applications and infrastructure with enterprise architecture, becoming a SME and creating excellent documentation, and assisting in long term operational support. A strong working knowledge of how end-user devices interact within a Windows Active Directory environment, Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune is essential. The technician will apply industry best practices to ensure device compliance, configuration integrity, and operational readiness. Primary Responsibilities: *Travel regularly to support firm data and infrastructure integration efforts, providing onsite technical support and coordination as needed. *Deploy and maintain end-user hardware, including imaging and configuring laptops, desktops, phones, and mobile devices. *Create and maintain accurate documentation for device setup procedures, application configurations, troubleshooting steps, and site-specific support guides to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing across teams. *Install and support required business applications on supported devices. *Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating as necessary while maintaining high customer satisfaction. *Maintain device lifecycle records and ensure assets are properly tracked and documented. *Utilize Intune and related tools for device management, configuration enforcement, and compliance monitoring. *Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of end-user systems within the enterprise architecture. *Skills* Support, Desktop, Troubleshooting, Active directory, Intune, Customer service, Windows, Hardware, Technical support, Deployment, Azure AD *Additional Skills & Qualifications* TRAVEL IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE. Travel will be reimbursed by the client. *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
